Our road trip to Franklin, North Carolina with the family

We enjoyed a day at the Biltmore house in Asheville, NC

Roy and I spent our very first Christmas together this year. :) We had a blast decorating our very own Christmas tree and taking in the Christmas season. We spent Christmas with my family in Port St. Joe, FL and to our surprise, my sister Bonnie came home from Guadalajara, Mexico for Christmas. It was such a wonderful Christmas gift! She literally jumped out of a box and surprised Roy and I. What a treat! We spent Christmas in Florida and headed to my parents mountain house in North Carolina the day after. It was nice to enjoy the mountains and enjoy a day at the Biltmore House in Asheville, NC. We hadn't been in 15 years so it was wonderful to experience that again. After the mountains, Roy and I spent a week in Atlanta for a conference with Campus Outreach. We were grateful for the opportunity to spend time with friends and catch up with what is going on in their lives. Roy and I both are so refreshed from the conference: the fellowship, worship, and  learning more about our Lord. It was a wonderful "vacation" from the working world for us. We are BUSY raising support to work full-time with Campus Outreach and will be hitting the support trail again next weekend. We are currently at around 10% and the Lord has been faithful to raise this support and allow us to be encouraged by friends and family who want to reach college students for Christ. We are learning oh so much during this process and through all the transitions that we are going through. The Lord has been sweet to us as we are looking forward to full-time ministry. He truly is a faithful God!
